All you need to know about U-DJ Rentals & Events and how rentals work.
You provide us your basic contact and credit card information to reserve equipement. On the day of your rental we charge your card or in person or if cash, we process the cash transaction after setup. We hold your card information until we pick-up the equipment. Should any damages accrue, we will charge the same card the same day or after checkin at our office.
U-DJ does NOT rent any items to going rental homes due to the restrictions with parties and or noise. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Yes, for rentals under $100.00. All other rentals U-DJ delivers, sets up and picks up. Note: For ALL pick-ups, please call or make arragements with us beforehand as we need to make sure someones at the office.
U-DJ does not supply any CDs, MP3s, Records or other Recorded Media. You must supply your own music and any registered software. We will only provide software drivers when needed to use our DJ Controllers.
Most of our systems are very easy to use. We'll show you how to use basic mixer and adjust volumes etc., and some advanced features (if needed) when we deliver the systems.

The answers on most common questions are described below.
We only rent complete systems. This way we know you’re renting a matched system that will provide you hours of entertainment. However, we do rent items separately depending on your needs and our availability.
We currently deliver within our local service area, which is all of the Inland Empire and some parts of San Gabriel Valley and selected parts of Anahiem. We also cover the Mountians & High Desert, however a small fuel Surcharge will apply.
We accept Cash, Visa and MasterCard; this could also be a Debit Card with the Visa or MasterCard logo. From time-to-time we do make exceptions depending on your situation. In most cases, a cash deposit in the amount of half the rental charge will be required, plus the full rental fee. Please contact us and we’ll try to work with you on payment arrangements.
Our Systems are complete with 2 Speakers, 1 Mixer, 1 Microphone, 2 Speaker Stands, Power and Speaker Cables. Please use or rental section to see full details for each system.
Under no circumstances is this allowed. The equipment must be used and pick-up from the place it was delivered. Our insurance will not cover us and you will be liable for all damages. Again, we do make expections, as long as we have made arrangements at the time of order.
Rentals are based on a 12-24 hours basis (delivered before your event, then picked-up the next day by 11:00 AM). Arrangements can also be made for pick-up the same day.
Our Powered Speakers can handle guests from 1 to 200, depending on the speaker size and venue. Each speaker can output from 500-1000 Watts of power. Keep in mind that this is MAX power, which you should never have to use (RMS output power is what is used to measurement sound). If you do, please contact another supplier as we will charge you for damages to the speakers. Speaker volumes are set by us when we setup your system, so you can have the peace of mind that you will not distort the speaker and blow them out.
